RCC supports the ECB aims in wanting everyone, in particular children, to feel welcomed and to have a positive, safe and fun experience at our club, whatever their involvement in the game, at whatever level. We believe that by specifically setting out to meet the needs and wishes of children and young people, the club as a whole will benefit.
